Scarcity / Tannhauser, Meher Baba with Women Mandali, 1937 France
1989-91.This is the first painting I did in December, 1989, after Mehera Irani's death. I was inspired to listen to Wagner's Tannhauser, while I painted, for two years. I had a very profound experience while painting that changed my life.
